Pros

-Leading and biggest player in healthcare domain -Salary comes on time -On project employee are treated very good -Free snacks on friday -short term onsite visits given

Cons

-Of all the reviews posted for the company, 90% of them posted by their corporate communication/HR department...hence such good ratings ( Understand the meaning of "Enagaged Employer" on glassdoor) -They want to grow but dont know how, so no policies, no processes, everything is hap hazard...if you are preffered over others the exception is made for you, else u're denied rights which others get (work from home, take calls from home, get better work... being some examples) -At the Top level you will only see people who have been with this company for donkeys years -No Project management practices, they say agile but actually the managing is done by the -clients, we say YES to whatever they want -You spend more time on presenting the work you do, than the actual work you do -Non Project people and functions(HR,Admin,IT, etc) people are treated like slaves, -Lots of politics at higher management level, they prefer shoe shiners over more practical people and this trickles down -there is a huge churn (recruitment as well as attrition) always going on, shows that people come and leave in a yr or 2...no scope of growth or career advancement.
