Pros

Joined this company after receiving good feedback - which I did not find in whole 3 years here, so good luck

Cons

1.Company has changes the salary structure without any prior information and added variable pay irrespective of your signed pay structure 2.No project - Most of the project either has gone on hold or client reduced the team size. Causing most of resources are on bench 3.Massive lay-off: If you are on bench big read alert-can lose the job at any moment without any prior information. Also company offer only basic pay -no full pay 4.Every thing depends on project - if you get the project you are safe for time being. Some projects are good, some are worst 5.Work Life balance is joke - You will end up working 12-14 hrs daily, which CitiusTech will treat as regular work which you are bound to do 6.Appraisal - This year pay has increased in single digit rupee in monthly salary like - so do not expect anything here 7.Support from management- You will hear 'We are family' - but is it? If you get any issues on any project, company will listen only and only to client and action against you will be taken 8.You will be lost in this company. There is no proper management of anything. You will need days to even find who is your HR 9.Company will deduct your pay if your timesheet is not approved -even though you fill is within time and manager forgot to approve - you will end up raising tickets will no proper feedback
