Pros
Citizen Cider is a great company to work for. They listen, encourage open communication, and understand work/life balance. This company has healed me from working for badly managed companies earlier in my career and has now set a new bar for what I look for in an employer.
Cons
On occasion, they have rushed decisions or new ideas, but seem to have learned from those mistakes, which is all you can ask of a company.
