Almost everyone is some kind of Christian or Catholic. CitizenGO promotes Christian values like pro-life values and pro-traditional-family values. For me those are pros. The English ability of your colleagues is adequate, but a few colleagues are still difficult to talk with in English and the documentation and task descriptions sometimes require clarification.
