      Working at this bank you have the opportunity to explore your passion within banking. Some of the executive members are amazing in the aspect of valuing their employees. Very personable.

      Cons

      Owners are not so generous in pay. This is something that many employees struggle with. Some executive members are trying to turn this around, but ultimately it is up to the owners.

      Pros

      They provide a generous amount of PTO and are super flexible with scheduling. My supervisor genuinely cared about us and worked extremely hard.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from upper management. They refuse to terminate any employees including those who lie and steal from them. Management has zero follow through and they do not hold everyone to the same standards. Nepotism is a big problem.
