      Pros

      The role has real potential for growth and expansion, in direct correlation to the effort you pour into it. Great for self-starters and visionaries who like flexibility.

      Cons

      I worked as a community organiser at Citizens; for the most part it was a group full of beautiful, diverse and well meaning people. However mine and other co-workers experience was marred by middle management. Lack of clearly defined and reasonable objectives can be very frustrating for task and goal oriented people.
