The pay structure seems somewhat illegal, but I honestly don't know. You get good raises for the first 2 years, but then don't anymore unless you move to a higher position. (this is based on when I joined, it may have changed)
The management is really the make or break of this company. Unfortunately, the upper management is a break. They're very overbearing and strict when it comes to the rules and they are rude to anyone who isn't that way. The turn over rate is pretty insane. The group of people I started with had 1 person that I ended with and he was doing it as a side gig bc he was retired (this includes managers). The main manager that I dealt with primarily, left for another job, and they didn't hire internally, so the next 2 in line also left, which meant corporate came in.
While the end times aren't bad, the opening times aren't great, at least for myself. And on top of that, you don't even get a full 8 hours worth of work. It's about 6 on weekdays, unless you decide a double.
The break structure blows and they're strict about it.
Finally, I didn't have it, but I heard the insurance is garbage.
