Everything else. The owner micromanages everything that is done, and he does not have a clue as to how to manage a restaurant. He knows nothing about food, even though he thinks he does. There is no longer any business there and that is solely thanks to him. He expects full time employees to work 60+ hour work weeks. Servers struggle to earn a living unless you're favored by the owner. Basically, as a person that worked there from the opening until now, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a job. This place is a sinking ship.
