1.Very nice colleagues and warm-hearted office culture. The office got a quite friendly family vibe, with no obvious hierarchy. We got the chances to have nice meals at different places, and every holiday there’re some gifts from the company. 2.Hybrid work mode. WFH on Thursdays and Fridays (except for event weeks), and the actual working hours is 7.5hrs everyday. Working at events can be quite stressful (usually happen every 2 months or more frequent), but you will get off-in-lieu and you can use them for a long holiday. 3.Pet-friendly office. Many colleagues have dogs and cats, sometimes they will bring them to office and it’s fun to play with them. Our office star Shanelle, a white Pomeranian, is very adorable. 4.Fun team-bonding activities. During company retreats you can go overseas or hang out in Singapore, and you can meet your overseas colleagues as well. There’re holiday activities at office before or after holiday during Xmas and CNY period. 5.Nice office location. Office is located in Katong and you can find many nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The place was not very convenient for public transport but now got new MRT opened so it’s better now.

Workload can be challenging, especially during events. Therefore, you’ll need to multi-tasking and meet deadlines. Business direction is not very clear. There’re many ideas/plans/brainstorming, but got no one can actually execute them due to the limitation of team size. Meanwhile, the overseas expansion seems to be a bit impetuous. You do have the chance to see a more diverse team but the future of this business mode is questionable.
