Developers are asked to manage multiple Upwork accounts at the same time to increase company revenue Owners often put extreme pressure on developers Employees are frequently required to work extra hours without any additional payment After submitting a resignation, employees face severe difficulties Employees are often forced to work 2–6 months without salary under heavy workload during the notice period Many employees are relieved without receiving their last 1–2 months’ salary There are multiple ongoing court cases where employees have filed complaints due to harassment, unpaid salaries, and forced notice periods when they could not tolerate the situation
