zero regard for safety of crews or patients. If you advocate for patient safety or crew safety you will be targeted by upper management. People are routinely injured and even killed working for this company. They will send you into dangerous situations with no resources or aid. It was not uncommon to see crews run for well over 24 hours non stop without breaks or any sleep on the road.
