Great career for the right person - Personal Protection Officer City Center Security Employee Review

I am a long time employee of City Center Security and am tired of people bashing this company. This can be a difficult job that causes you to be away from your family some, but that is the nature of any shift work. Everyone is told about it at the beginning of their employment. Many people think that they should be given great pay, good benefits, promotions, etc. without really earning them, which is wrong. Life as an adult requires making sacrifices sometimes. I’m old school and was raised to work hard in order to improve your life, not to expect good things for free. That said, if you want a great job and don’t mind working hard to earn a place within the company, than this is the place for you. If not, don’t apply!

Good Pay They invest in your Training Valuable Experience that could be a stepping stone to other law enforcement

Inflexible schedule Promotion is a narrow way relative to other companies. Not a good place for work/life balance. If you wanted something it seemed you would have to ask for the opposite and then you would get what you wanted. Only with some managers.
