      The flexible working hours & some nice colleagues

      Cons

      My though times here was to deal with toxic managers & team leader. The induction was not handle properly. The pressure to achieve the targets. Unnecessary meeting & questions was raised by the manager & senior team leader. Like in the school. Whose can't answer will get embarrassed in front of others. Have to work on weekend & past working hours

      Flexible work life balance with the right supervisor

      When the company contract ends (i.e.) Wal-Mart they bought all the employees, equip., vehicles and then let all the employees go.
