Pros
Everyone works together as team even though we are located in several different states and haven't personal met most employees face to face. It feels like we are all a work family. Decent Pay. Occasional Bonuses depending on position. Perfect work and life balance. Benefits are good. PTO accrues quicker than most companies. The CEO, Director of Operations, and several others are amazing humans and you can tell they genuinely care about all employees.
Cons
Training is slightly more difficult, due to the fact that most of us work remotely and are spread out across the US.
