decent EI agency - SLP City Pro Group Employee Review

Center had just opened when I got there, a side from a few Growing pains I had an overall positive experience.

It's definitely a tight knit community in the Bronx. The years that I have been in EI City Pro never had a great reputation however, it has definitely changed and I am gald to be apart of the CityPro family. I have to admit that one of the best parts of being in CityPro is being able to work with Vielka Ramirez and Rosemary Almonte. They support the department and have been great encouragement. Vielka is also the go-to person for almost all departments. She is definitely a supervisor who fights for her department, not sure where the agency would be without her there.

Every agency has bad things about them. I would say that they don't provide the providers with the best rates out there making it hard to find and maintain quality providers.
