One can easily gain much knowledge of Banking industry by working in CUB and can get promotion by 3+years by there experience. This was my first company i have worked and learnt many things from past 4.5yrs. Growth is based on our performance and our uniqueness. I have got my frst promotion in 3yrs from clerical to officer cadre and got eligible for manager position in 1.5years. CUB is good place to start ur career in banking. You can learn many departmental works easily in CUB comparing to other banks.
