Awesome coworkers, good location, meaningful work. Management and peers are wonderful, caring people and everyone starts to feel like family after awhile.

Nothing that I could can think of. Small company with not a lot of openings because employee retention is so great. If you get the chance, it's awesome to work here!

Security of working for a government organization without the government red tape. Positive work atmosphere and accommodating management.

The only downside I can think of is that there aren't bonuses because it is a government organization and that just not a common practice in government organizations.
