Pros
very interesting and groundbraking technology, good people
Cons
Very old-fashioned management, exaggerated micro-management of the CEO. The company is not acting like a high-tech company should be acting in terms of benefits for the employees and overall treatment. There is no orginized work plan and all of the employees are under a lot of constant pressure. Also there is no HR function in the company, which is very strange and causing the employees to feel like they are not a priority for the management. The wages are low in comparison to other companies in similar fields, although the comapny is in Jerusalem, where the wages are low on overall.
