      Community impact, will assimilate and kind coworkers. Generally thoughtful leadership.

      Cons

      Programs must constantly chase funding and cut corners to stay solvent. Efficient employees will soon find themselves spread thin and burnt out. Talks a big game with equity, inclusiveness, and job quality buzzwords but slow to actually implement policy reformations.

      I appreciate that they are really committed to making it a good place to work. I never felt like I couldn't get assistance if I needed it
