Like many organisations, we have gone through periods of change as we continue to grow and integrate new teams and businesses. While these changes are designed to strengthen the company for the long term, we recognise that they can create uncertainty and pressure for our people. We take concerns around staff engagement and happiness seriously and have several initiatives in place such as our culture task force, reward and recognition platform and regular salary benchmarking reviews to provide the best environment for Civicans to thrive.
