Pros
-Flexible work schedule after being here awhile -Matching 401K -Excellent vacation accrual, and have never been denied time off -Work hours are 7aa-3:30pm -If you can get past the below mentioned cons, keep to yourself, and go home at 3:30 it's not a bad place to work.
Cons
-COO is rude to employees and openly treats them poorly. Will make comments about not wanting to hear from them or see them. He is the definition of a bully. -Generally expected to sit at your desk even if there's nothing going on -Poor communication between departments, managers to employees and different locations -Little to no career advancement -No bonuses or acknowledgment of doing a good job. If everyone sat at their desk for 8 hours, did the minimum work and went home, it'd be considered a good day in managements eyes. Bringing up new ideas are not fostered.
