Incompetent management and C level - Anonymous employee Civitta Employee Review

Top-level management is absolutely incompetent, sinking the company culture and environment while chasing short-term profits. Cutting staff while throwing fancy offsites and showing off "record profits". Laying off people while trying to hire new staff for the same positions (but in attempt to pay half of what they used to). Basically scaring away every competent employee and leaving only the most loyal ones who will work their lifes off in the interest "of the shareholders". Buying companies to merge with and then losing every single inquired project and employee within 2 years. Absolutely do not recommend to anyone who have any other choice.
