      Unbelievable expectations, poor communication, massive staff turnover, long hours - 6 days per week greatly reduces effective salary.

      Good Salary, Good colleagues working at the coalface,

      Cons

      Very disturbing HR department, very toxic and poorly run. Bullying is condoned from the top. Expects overtime continuously but won’t recognize you for it. Watched too many good people leave in tears. It’s not worth it.
