Pros
People seemed nice CEO is alright Company's car A little bit of "flexibility" - depends on a place you have to clean
Cons
Stressful - The management often has unrealistic expectations and underestimate contracts which leads to employees being forced to work extra hours for free. Underpaid - Payment per hour looks good on a paper but if you add to it all the extra hours you have to spend on driving, cleaning that is not included in the work hours and doing all the "extras" like dropping off stuff here and there - it's not worth it. In my case, it was coming as around 75dkk/h The management is often ungrateful. You might take an extra shift or work in a period when everyone is on holiday and they won't even bother to say thanks. "Flexibility" on a paper. Try to ask the management if someone can replace you on a specific day and they will make you find the replacement yourself. You will be assigned several places to work in - if you don't like one - tough luck, you can ask for a change and they will tell you they might consider it but don't think they will do anything about t. Made up complaints - At the time when I was working the company used to have a special system to track when employees are receiving complains. If there were no complaints throughout the week - the employee was getting paid an extra hour. I was told I'm having too many complains (while having only one complaint in the last few months that happened during company's Christmas party)
