Pros
- Weekly pay (granted at minimum wage, also this was changed to monthly, even though this was promised to continue at weekly in the interview.)
- No entry barrier.
- Easy office work experience.
- Majority of below management employees were all friendly.
- Overtime could almost always be applied for.
Cons
- People paid different wages based on their age in the same position (40+ year olds were paid more than 21+ year olds.)
- Management are an absolute joke, if issues were brought up they would brush them away and do nothing, treated employees aged between 21-26 like children, they believed employees owed them for having a job etc.
- Clear favourites climbed quicker than those who had stayed longer and worked harder, again this is a management issue.
- Minimum wage salary but to hit a ridiculous amount of targets each day.
- Company told employees they would receive a bonus close to £2k, when the day came to pay out employees were told it would be paid monthly over 24 months and if staff left they would lose the bonus.
- Forced employees to go on team building trips outside of working hours, if employees didn't attend they would receive a disciplinary.
- The entire time I was employed a contract was never drew up, just promises of one coming.
- The turnaround for the company is ridiculously quick, people being fired on the spot due to not contract and people leaving because management was terrible.
- Employees are given laptops to work on 9-5, which is illegal.
- Actively lie to employees and customers.
- Management only work 10-3, and only 3 days a week.
