      Pros

      The position at the time was a great way to learn how to deal with and solve customers with problems. It was a great job for a person who loves solving problems and communicating with people.

      Cons

      I was told in training that there were rare times when a customer was unhappy no matter what I did. I had to learn how to deal with that.

      good work life balance, good people, great discounts, great brands, challenging environment, non union environment, good leaders and highly compentitve

      Cons

      compenstation, no recognition, management has a lot to learn, need to listen, communicaion preached but not exhibited by all mangement
