6yThank you for taking the time to write your review. We're glad that there are some positives around the friendliness of the organisation and team spirit, but saddened that overall the cons outweigh the pros for you personally.
We absolutely agree that for many roles there is far too much paperwork, so we are working hard to digitise as many processes as possible, which in turn will improve organisation.
Our new CEO has stated that we will become a paperless company and is in the process of setting some ambitious green targets, so you will start to see and feel these changes over the coming months and years.
As a current employee we urge you to get in touch with the HR Business Partner for your area, to talk through your concerns around the overly high expectations, unless you feel able to have a direct conversation with your immediate manager.
