You have very good hours of work and there is consistently something to do. Decent levels of stimulation and varied opportunities to work with others. Independent work times and interesting trainees.
Cons
Had inadequate onboarding and was not provided with all necessary documents and data prior to starting. Had no managerial assistance... Maybe 1-3 meetings in the space of 4 months. Constant confusion.
