Pros
Some of the team members are the nicest people you ever meet and the customers were nice. The monthly breakfast was a nice touch.
Cons
Ineffective management who bully people and this is encouraged top down through CEO and HR. They do not know how to manage and look after staff they treat them unfairly. When they don't jump through every hoop they get rid of them either by pushing them out or by managing them out I.e redundancy
