It's a company with a complete mismanagement. There is no HR policy to be followed and there is no managemanet at all. There are people who are working with helix for long time and that's why they control everything. They don't know how to manage teams and do whatever they want to. They try not to bring latest technologies in job which can monitor their work performance because it will reveal that there is nothing much that they are contributing into. Old softwares are being sold and half of the time they try to cover up everything by making customers sign everything in the name of GDPR. No respect for emploeyees hard work and commitment and forget about any protocols they will follow. .
