Pros
It's an amazing company in terms of performance and has a great product Fully remote They are very flexible and support you in keeping work/life balance but this may be an area based advantage They let you experiment with AI and propose new things Amazing offices if you like to work at an office It's an inclusive company
Cons
Too much work The bar is raised constantly A lot of rotation of personal in my area It's hard to grow You are expected to do more work in less time by using AI extensively thus they are hiring less people and not replacing people they let go Not enough recognition in my area at least Some of the top managers are rude and entitled, they are not supposed to if they were following the culture but it's not a fight you would win
