Some what disconnected corporate vision

the residents I've been taking care of senior's for as long as I can remember.

I have worked in a lot of nursing assistant facilities and never experienced anything that I did at Clare Bridge. residents abuse, notifying the management of inappropriate actions and absolutely nothing being done about it. management showing favoritism to certain employee rules that should apply to all employees only applies to a few, the disrespect and mistreating of employees that management does every day. almost never getting to take breaks very short staffed especially on the weekends and when we call the supervisor on call who is suppose to come in and help when we're short it never happens so it leaves the residence not getting all of the cares they need and deserve . Then there is the lying to the residence guardians so it looks like there family members are being treated very well which this is a huge lie, also the lashing out and violence of a few residents that have several times attacked employees and other residents . running out of things that residents need that their Guardians provide being used on other residents and last but certainly not the least CNA's and resident assistants being paid a very poor hourly wage but being very over worked and mistreated.
