-Not a giant mega-corporation where complaints are swept under the rug but big enough where plenty of resources are available. -flexible hours and schedule, 3 days a week remote - Lots of resources for success provided

-Head office is based out of the UK and the 5 hour time zone difference can make communications delayed occasionally

Micro Management, little to no guidance from 'leadership', people in 'leadership' positions do not show the capacity to hold such roles, very patch-like atmosphere, peer pressure to attend bars, poor culture, to my knowledge Oliver Davies is still employed there...so..not great
