Pros
- The team is truly a top-notch, unique group of individuals. Low ego, helpful, collaborative, smart. The long tenures of many of the team just go to show that people choose to stick around.
- Many tech companies are in full RTO mode, but Clarify continues to be fully remote. Their SF office is open for those in the Bay Area who want to go in, but it's strictly based on preference and there is no judgment if you don't want to go in.
- Work is challenging and interesting. There's decent role mobility over time so that you can work on different things.
Cons
- Yes, Clarify has made many pivots or shifts in focus over time, and they don't have a strong track record of sticking with one thing long enough to make it work. The current executive leadership is maybe the most likely to reverse that trend, but it is an ongoing challenge.
- Overall, healthcare analytics is a challenging segment - pretty much every company among Clarify's peer set is having a tough time with growth
