Pros
There’s not a lot of micromanaging from what I see. You’re treated like an adult and given flexibility with your hours; can take time off in the middle of the day for appointments, as long as you get your job done.
Cons
Unless you enjoy constantly being burned out, stay away from this company. We just had IT department meetings where we were literally told “if you care about work/life balance, this company isn’t for you”. Once you get onboarded, don’t expect to work to work less than 50 hours a week, nights, weekends; essentially whatever they ask of you.
