The waltham office has some great people

unfortunately, those great people mentioned above are surrounded by bad management. The people selected as team leaders and above, have no business actually leading anyone. Working in one job for a couple of years does not make a great leader. The company hires all the wrong people in all the wrong places. Leadership requires a certain type of person with certain skills and the ability to actually care that your employees are happy and performing well, along with doing everything possible to give those employees the resources to be successful. I can only think of one team leader in the waltham office that is able to empower their team members. Some department run very lean while other small departments have several managers (who also run people out of the company due to bad leadership). Very off balance.
