Pros
Fridays off during the summer.
Cons
Where do I start? Everyone at MultiPlan has been there 25+ years, which is why they brag about a low turn over rate. In reality, they hire people to constantly save the business from another mistake and then conveniently restructure again under the legal number required to formally look after whoever they choose to fire that time. I suggest googling "MultiPlan Muddy Waters" which explains everything about the company. I'm pretty sure the transition from being private to public comes along with more penalties than the 30 million dollar settlement the company had with the shareholders it lied to in 2022. Put shortly, the company has absolutely no integrity. It's a bunch of people that have not worked anywhere else (literally) and protect each other's blatant mistakes. Meanwhile, the board is full of private equity members still racking up.
