-Culture - no micro management - lots of free things ( swag, food, gift cards etc...) - cool/great leadership - good culture/ planned events (chilli cook off, game night etc...) -Salary - competitive - decent pay raise each year -Work - solid work that is purposeful - use of up to date technologies -Benefits - 401k / Roth with great matching - average sick/vacation time - commute reimbursement(?) - educational stipend (great benefit)
Cons
- Bonus - mid to average bonus within the industry - Contract(s) - can work on contracts with poor leadership, making experience lackluster.
