Great products overshadowed by incompetent management and dying culture - Senior Director Clarivate Employee Review

Consulting teams across the board are riddled with incompetent leadership, Cronyism/retention of incompetent employees within A&G is the worst I've ever seen in a public corporation. Lots of unnecessary travel occurring to avoid being held accountable in person for missing revenue and sales targets. Layoffs are constant and target people with middle-school bully techniques. The search for the guilty and demoralization of people who work very hard to keep this company afloat will not end.
