Pros
One of the biggest general contracting firms in the country -- and easily in the Mid-Atlantic. Many intelligent people work here with lots of experience. Good place to get your feet wet in construction.
Cons
No regard for the employee and all about the business. It's understood to get the work done, but there are several other ways to handle scenarios and issues in lieu of what was done. Bureaucratic -- probably because of its large size. Almost no chance to to progress in your career if you are dealt the wrong hand in senior management. Some play favorites and really take care of employees -- others act like employees do not exist.
