Really bad at mentoring people. Throwing people into the fire and having them "figure it out" isn't the way people grow. People in higher positions needs to understand that their job isn't to run the project but guide the younger folks to run it. Also they will shuffle you around like crazy. The situation is not conducive to growth. Some people are being worked to the bone and then you have people in the HQ doing nish They will work you to the bone. they need to do a better job at protecting the young people from burnout
