The private equity company that bought the company and the management team they hired in are absolute idiots. They have let slip away all the tribal knowledge and are destroying the company that I loved and worked at for over 20 years. They didn't take time to understand how the company should run, they just tried to put in a bunch of "big-corp" crap. They don't care about their employees at all!!! Now they can't even get product shipped out the door because of all the BS they put in place. Everyone who carries all the knowledge is either let go or quits because of the management team they put in place.
