Scam job, horrible company, horrible pay - Customer Care Agent Clark Resources Employee Review

Seeing how a company like Clark Resources treats their employees with no value at all. From upper management down, admin and supervisors, training done so poorly, it was filled with wasted time. Multiple answers were repeatedly given when only 1 correct answer involving Hippa was correct, managers training and unaware of policies. It makes me really appreciate working at a fortune 50 company.
