Pros
Great experience, exposure and responsibility for young engineers. Team was great to work with. Boss was excellent mentor and very supportive. Learnt a lot working there.
Cons
Hard work doesn't lead anywhere, encourages a poor work atmosphere where employees don't push for excellence. Huge employee turnover. Everyone's expendable and replaceable.
