Salary and bonuses. Big employer so you'll have a chance at networking a bit.
Cons
No growth path for technical folks. No innovation. Always hiring consultants to deliver "cutting edge" (sometimes 10yr old) solutions. In short: once you get over the salary and bonuses you'll quickly realize that your growth as a professional software engineer is seriously stunted.
