My time there I really enjoyed the hybrid schedule we were allowed and it was a pretty good culture.
Cons
The HR director is not as helpful as she claims she would be and doesn't seem to have a lot of HR knowledge. Only knows how to delegate tasks to people on her team. She has an HR coordinator completing the job description of an HR manager and the pay does not match the work load.
