Pros
They provide great benefits and you get a lot of exposure if interested in full time corporate role. Work/Life balance is good and entirely up to you make it what you want it to be. A lot of the work is driven by individual performance within a team environment and the pay is good
Cons
Sometimes things go little slow. I haven't come across any thing as such.
