      Good pay, I like the team I work with, company promotes from within, company has worked with me through lots of changes in my life.

      Cons

      Hospitals never close so neither do we - overtime is a big part of working for this company at just about any level. The corporate management used to be very messy and disorganized but that has gotten a lot better over time.

      Pros

      Many avenues for networking in the healthcare industry. You be involved in many levels within the acute care facility. From the C suite to EVS. All have something to do with aspects of the organization.

      Cons

      Small company and not much opportunity for growth. Individuals are over looked when opportunities arise for advancement. Company tends to lock you in a position if you're doing well in it.
