Although the company has a long standing in providing care, there is no rhyme or reason to the chaotic atmosphere of the office. There is no manual for employees to refer back to. In addition, when I was there, the proprietary computer system for notes was a nightmare that no one in the company had real working knowledge of. They had outsourced for a new program, but it was not in the works when I was there. Additionally, all of the therapists quit, but one; who did not see children. Children were the main source of clients to the case managers.
