I have worked at Renew for over 5 years. Throughout the years I have seen management come and go staff come and go and clients come and go but the one thing that has never changed is the fact that you as an employee of renew Consulting will never be appreciated or respected by anyone higher then a DSP. It is sad to think that people are hired to take care of individuals because they are unable to care for themselves but the administrative team does nothing to ensure that the individuals quality of life is improved. The purpose of DSPs is to help build up the individuals and get them to a place that they could potentially be out on their own with little to no support. Renews motto is “we exist to provide the greatest service possible” what it really means is; if The DSPs that are hired are unable to give the individuals in service the best care then it is ok because they only strive to provided the best care “possible”. Bravo Renew for picking your motto well because when you fail the individuals it’s ok because you tried.
